Privacy Policy

How we handle your information

Last updated: October 21, 2026

RBC Consulting respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, submit a contact form or use the RBC CRM, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or a plan request, we collect your name, email address, company name, the area of interest you select, and the message you write. If you become a consulting client or CRM subscriber, we also collect the business information you provide during onboarding.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and schedule a call;
  • Prepare proposals, onboarding and CRM setup;
  • Provide, operate and improve the RBC CRM;
  • Send service updates related to work you have asked for;
  • Protect the security and integrity of our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Forms and spam protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person. Turnstile may process limited technical signals for that purpose. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored securely by our form provider.

Billing and payments

CRM subscriptions and consulting fees are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store card numbers on our website or servers. We receive transaction details such as the amount paid, the date, and the last four digits of the card, so we can issue invoices and provide support.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed:

  • Website hosting and analytics providers;
  • Our form and email delivery provider;
  • Payment processors for billing;
  • Cloud infrastructure used to run the RBC CRM.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and maintain a record of advice given. Client and subscriber records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for as long afterwards as tax and contract law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
